Blázquez is now 75 years old and naturally we are happy to celebrate that our dedication, effort and passion for work have been worthwhile.

Fairs
Blázquez goes to Fitur 2008 along with one of the highly recognized companies at national level: Iberia. Visitors attending the most important Tourism Fair worldwide had the chance to taste our Iberian hams and literally touch the sky as the two firms were joined.

Blázquez also wants to be present at the Gastronomic Fair of the capital of the Cantabric region where it was awarded for its stand design and originality.
Presentations
The most famous ship of Castilla y Leon, “La leyenda del Pisuerga”, was the venue chosen to gather professionals from Valladolid catering companies. It was aimed to perform a tasting of Blázquez hams and different waters from all over the world. Javier Pérez de Andrés, restaurant critic and Arturo…Sommelier of the Hotel Mirasierra Suites conducted this original tasting Could you think of anything more enjoyable than a boat trip along the Pisuerga River while enjoying a good ham?
